She is a retired schoolteacher, having taught children lessons for life in private schools in Alabama. Nancy served as Registrar and Director of Education for the Natural History Museum in Anniston, Alabama – famous for an extensive ornithology collection from the last half of the 19th century.

Ann has been in and around the real estate business since her arrival to San Miguel in 1996 when she began her career as a partner in Casas de San Miguel. Casas de San Miguel was a full service real estate agency with property management, home rentals and real estate sales that was sold several years ago. Her knowledge comes with years of experience in the real estate market and the importance of finding the home that meets her clients dreams and expectations.
